I helped transform CRMGuru from a start up idea into the customer relationship management industry's most recognized web portal, helping to build its membership from 600 to 238,000.
My designs for pages, navigation, and forms for maximum effectiveness, interaction, and search visibility have generated sales of products, services, and advertising in the millions of dollars. I am one of the pioneers of search engine optimization, coregistration partnerships, viral marketing, conversion rate marketing, and other strategies that have now hit the mainstream.
